What to do if you don't receive an email confirmation

If you make a purchase through the Gold Standard Marketplace, you should receive an email confirmation from the Gold Standard confirming your transaction and a follow-up email with the purchase certificate and links to the carbon credit retirement(s).


If the email is not visible in your inbox, kindly check your junk folder in the first instance. If you have yet to receive anything, please reach out to us and make sure to provide your Marketplace order number.
