To open an account on the Impact Registry organisations are required to:
- Supply the following documentation by email to registry@goldstandard.org. Please send all documents and information in one batch:
- Company/Organisation Name
- Company/Organisation Address
- Company/Organisation Registration Number
- Company/Organisation Website URL
- Account Manager's Full Name and Email Address
- Account Users' Full Name and Email Address
- A copy of ID of the account manager, and any users who require access to the account
- Billing Contact's Full Name and Email Address
- A link to your company’s/organisation's entry on the country’s commercial registry, or equivalent (if applicable)
- A copy of your company's/organisation's Certificate of Incorporation
- Names of all directors (preferably an official extract from the registry)
- A letter stating the identity/identities of the Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) (UBO) of the company/organisation
- A bank statement less than 90 days old showing the address of the company/organisation
- A letter on your organisation's letterhead stating that the proposed account manager has been duly appointed and is authorised, on behalf of your organisation, to accept The Gold Standard Foundation's Terms of Use and any modification. There must be satisfactory evidence that the individual who has signed the letter is authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation (e.g. director or other senior officer).
- A statement setting out the nature of your organisation's business, your reason for applying for a Gold Standard registry account, and how you intend to use the account.
- Signed copy of the Terms of Use
- Signed copy of the Terms and Conditions
To ensure we receive all your documents, please make sure each document does not exceed 20MB.
2. Documentation will be reviewed as part of Gold Standard’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
3. Once checks are complete and the application is approved we will send an invoice for the annual registry fee – this is pro-rated in the first year.
4. Upon receipt of the fee, you will be prompted to set up log-in details to access the account.
Additional information for project developers:
For certification to Gold Standard for the Global Goals, a project developer must have an open Impact Registry account. Project Developers only require one Impact Registry account per organisation and can have multiple projects within their account.
After the successful opening of the account, Gold Standard will provide information on accessing the assurance platform, where project developers can submit their documentation and schedule reviews
