The validation/verification team may be composed of one person, as long as the VVB can demonstrate that all the competence requirements are covered by that one person. The validation/verification team (collectively) shall have the skills required by section 7.6 of Validation and Verification Body Requirements
The audit report must evidence that the individual / team has covered all the competence requirements.
