Performance Review
What is the Performance Review?
The performance review starts after a positive final Verification Report is submitted for Gold Standard Review, and the required fee is paid by the Project Developer. It involves a review of the Monitoring Report, and all supporting evidence and documentation including the Verification Report from the VVB. The Performance Review period lasts for minimum period of 3 weeks and is concluded when all CARs/CLs are successfully closed. On average the performance review process takes around 3 months.
A positive conclusion of the Performance Review period results in
Gold Standard Certified Project status. The project can then issue Gold Standard certified products e,g, VERs.
