What to do if you don't receive an email confirmation

If you make a purchase through the Gold Standard Marketplace you should receive an email confirmation from the Gold Standard confirming your transaction and a follow up email with the purchase certificate and links to the carbon credit retirement(s). Please check your junk folders and if you haven’t received anything, please contact us.
